CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Rob Ellison at 12:45pm.

VERIFY QUORUM: William Morrison and Eugene Ruberte were in attendance. Rob Ellison needed to leave. Kathy Watts represented Dragon Property Management.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Bill Morrison made a motion to accept the minutes from the November 4, 2017 Budget Meeting as presented. Eugene Ruberte seconded the motion and it passed by unanimous voice vote.

NOMINATION/ELECTION OF OFFICERS:
Bill Morrison made a motion for the 2018 positions to stay the same as 2017. Eugene Ruberte seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimous voice vote.

Garage Sale: The community garage sale is scheduled for Friday and Saturday, April 6th & 7th between 8am and 1pm.
