CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Rob Ellison at 6:15pm.

VERIFY QUORUM: Rob Ellison and Eugene Ruberte were in attendance. Kathy Watts represented Dragon Property Management.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Eugene Ruberte made a motion to accept the minutes from the October 19, 2021 Budget Meeting as presented. Rob Ellison seconded the motion and it passed by unanimous voice vote.

NOMINATION/ELECTION OF OFFICERS:
Rob Ellison made a motion for the 2022 positions to stay the same as 2021. Eugene Ruberte seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimous voice vote.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Rob gave an update on the retention drainage at Lake Washington Townhomes. They’ve received a certified letter to fix the weir.

NEW BUSINESS: Garage Sale: The community garage sale is scheduled for Saturday, April 30th between 8am and 1pm.

NEXT MEETING: The next Board Meeting is scheduled either October 11th or the 18th.

ADJOURNMENT: With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 6:30pm.
