CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Rob Ellison at 6:10pm.

VERIFY QUORUM: Rob Ellison and Eugene Ruberte were in attendance. Kathy Watts represented Dragon Property Management.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Eugene Ruberte made a motion to accept the minutes from the November 17, 2020 Budget Meeting as presented. Rob Ellison seconded the motion and it passed by unanimous voice vote.

NOMINATION/ELECTION OF OFFICERS:
Rob Ellison made a motion for the 2021 positions to stay the same as 2020. Eugene Ruberte seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimous voice vote.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF OFFICERS:

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
-The aerators appear to be working well.
-Rob is working with the city to assist in clearing a section of the easement drainage ditch caused by a cave-in from Lake Washington Townhomes.

NEW BUSINESS:
Garage Sale: The community garage sale is postponed until it can be safely held with CDC restrictions.

NEXT MEETING: The next Board Meeting is scheduled at a later time.

ADJOURNMENT: With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 6:45pm.
