1. President Jill Vogel called the meeting to order at 6:15

2. A quorum was verified. Attending:

2. Old Business:

CY 2018 Budget Approval
- The majority of owners approved partially funding the reserves by vote of 11-3
- Mr. Figuly presented the president with questions on reserve funding amounts and she suggested Mr. Figuly contact our financial bookkeeper directly
- Roof of Diane Newhouse, #17, was completed by John Oliver, Home Specialist, LLC
- The roofer identified the need for repairs to the 2 northern most garages (for units 9-18) - Estimate: $6,500

Status of Insurance Claim
-Independent agent, Renew, has been responsive
- Heritage (parent insurance company) hasn’t communicated with Jill yet_
- Approximately $5,000 of repairs have been identified in claim
- Invoices sent to Heritage Insurance for post Hurricane Irma repairs: - John Oliver Home Specialist LLC for roof, gutters, downspouts, soffiting, $3,250.00; Powerhouse Electric for broken security light fixture $50.25 and installation $85.00; Carrie’s Fence repair and replacement $1,775
- These repairs were expensed from the operational funds of the budget

3. New Business:

Painting and Color Selection
- Nancy Armes presented to the Board and Owners two building renderings with multiple color choices
- Nancy will construct a larger portfolio to place on wall of laundry room for owners to vote upon
- Ballots will be sent to all owners to select their choice for the spring painting
- The majority of votes between color scheme A or color scheme B will decide the paint color outcome
- Based on the color scheme chosen, light fixtures will be purchased and stored until all buildings have been painted; the electrician will then install

4. Next Meeting January 8, 2018 @ 6:00 pm - Selection of paint colors

5. The meeting adjourned at 7:32 pm by unanimous vote.
