Call to Order:
Management called the meeting to order at 6:20 p.m.

Establishment of Quorum:
Board members present were Jason Andersen, Gerald Britton, Nicole Combs, Don Drake, Al Ortiz, Michael Sciaino and Richard Stewart. Kathy Watts represented Dragon Property Management.

Approval of Minutes from December 10, 2018:
Don Drake made a motion to approve the December 10, 2018 Board Meeting minutes. Jerry Britton seconded the motion and the motion passed by unanimous voice vote.

Elections of Officers:

Don Drake made a motion for Jerry Britton to serve as President. Jason Andersen seconded the motion and the motion passed by unanimous voice vote.

Jerry Britton made a motion for Don Drake to serve as Vice-President. Richard Stewart seconded the motion and the motion passed by unanimous voice vote.

Richard Stewart made a motion for Michael Sciaino to serve as Secretary/Treasurer. Al Ortiz seconded the motion and the motion passed by unanimous voice vote.

Directors will be: Al Ortiz, Richard Stewart, Jason Andersen and Nicole Combs.

The 2018 Board of Directors is as follows:

President: Jerry Britton
Vice President: Don Drake
Secretary/Treasurer: Michael Sciaino
Director: Richard Stewart
Director: Al Ortiz

Old Business:
None at this time.

New Business:
Results of Condominium Document Revision vote: Management reported that out of the 201 voting packets mailed to owners, only 77 responded so unfortunately, none of the proposed condominium document revisions passed.

Next Board Meeting:
The next scheduled Board meeting will be on Monday, March 11, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the on-site office.

Adjournment:
With no further business to discuss, Richard Stewart made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:35p.m. Don Drake seconded the motion and it passed by unanimous voice vote.
