Call to Order:
President Jordan Zueger called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m.

Establishment of Quorum:
Board members present were Jordan Zueger-President, Jason Andersen-Vice Pres, Don Drake-Secretary and Directors Marlene Blankenship and Jeff Lindle. Director Tim Day and Treasurer Kim Lucks were not able to attend. Kathy Watts represented Dragon Property Management.

Approval of Minutes from February 8, 2021:
Don Drake made a motion to approve the February 8, 2021 Organizational Meeting minutes. Marlene Blankenship seconded the motion and the motion passed by unanimous voice vote.

Meet & Greet Your Board and Ask Questions:
 - No owners attended to ask questions. The Board members received complete owners lists and information on the units behind in fees.

Next Board Meeting:
The next scheduled Board meeting will be determined at a later time.

Adjournment:
With no further business to discuss, Don Drake made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:15p.m. Jeff Lindle seconded the motion and it passed by unanimous voice vote.
